Please see below all available shipping options and their lead times. Lead times begin once your order has completed production and has been handed over to the courier or chosen shipping service.

Paxi Courier Services

Business to Counter
Estimate Delivery Time: 7–9 Business Days

Please Note:
When Paxi is selected as the preferred shipping method, your order will be dispatched only after the printing and production process has been completed. Once handed over, the parcel will be processed through Paxi, and delivery will take approximately 7–9 working days to reach your selected Paxi pickup point.

It is essential to provide a valid cellphone number, as Paxi communicates directly with customers via SMS. Without a cellphone number, Paxi will not be able to send updates, and you will not receive notifications. All status updates and your collection PIN will be sent to you via SMS once your parcel is ready for pickup.

Important:
Paxi does not offer online tracking. Any tracking link or tracking number provided will not work, as Paxi communicates directly with the customer through SMS updates only.

Internal Driver Standard
Delivery is completed by our internal driver in and around Gauteng.
Delivery Schedule:
Deliveries within the Johannesburg area take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, subject to driver availability.
